What is the shipping timeframe for a new bicycle?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do Vesco Cycles arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We include a comprehensive tool kit and assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for bicycle returns, a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Does my bicycle come with a warranty?
Yes, every Vesco Cycle comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all original components against manufacturing defects.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
