Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Vesco
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
